Halloween is a fun occasion for those of us who enjoy the customs and costumes. A witch’s costume is my favorite, complete with purple hair, a very tasteful black hat, black boa and a slinky black dress. Maybe you will have seen me out and about! There are only glamorous witches in my house. I don’t abide warts on my nose or green-tinged skin. That’s because I am a believer in the staff, services and products at the JCMG Laser and Vein Center!
Late October, Kim did a SkinMedica non-invasive rejuvenating peel on my face and chest. It’s a little more aggressive than other peels. Five days post-treatment, peeling began. It’s not bad because my skin is already in such great, healthy shape. So, I don’t anticipate the peeling to last very long. In the interim, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize is the buzzword of the day.
Also in October, I purchased my very own Clarisonic as an early Christmas present to me! I am not using it during my peel time, but will very soon. I am really looking forward to the great results I know it will bring. The Clarisonic removes six times+ more makeup than manual cleaning, resulting in brighter and healthier skin.
By the time you read this, Halloween is in the past and we are looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas, but a whole lot of work will be in between! All that stress creates a lot of lost sleep and frown lines as we all try to get everything done. What better time to treat yourself to some relaxing treatments, services and products at JCMG Laser and Vein Center. During this busy time, I will have a HydroPlus treatment and microderm that will further exfoliate and repair skin damage from sun and unwanted effects of aging. I can’t wait! I’ve never had the HydroPlus treatment so I am looking forward to it and to preparing my skin for the fall and winter months ahead.
Honestly, I can’t believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas are such few weeks in the future! What happened? In the meantime, I am asking that same question about the St. Louis Cardinals and the MU Tigers.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
