While we welcome all ages at Genesis, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present and must have a signed waiver for ALL procedures.
We understand that sometimes, life happens. Please try to provide a 24-hours cancellation notice. After three no-shows, we will require a $50 deposit, and subsequent cancellations without 24-hour notice will forfeit that deposit.
Please try to be at Genesis 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This time is needed prior to your appointments to handle registration and in order to get you properly prepared for your service. If you arrive too late we will do our best to accomodate you but we may not be able to offer your full service or may have to ask that you reschedule.
Please make sure your cell phone is silenced upon entering our facilites. We strive to provide a relaxing environment free of distractions from other guests.
We offer a 30-day return window on unopened products ONLY. We offer samples of most products, so try before you buy and have your questions answered by any of our product experts.
Tips are accepted but not expected on our esthetic services as is customary in the esthetic industry. Our physician and medical staff do not accept any gratuities.
We are a team based company and do NOT pay our staff by commission. Our staff is compensated for their work on an hourly basis and rewarded for excellant customer service and client satisfaction in their review process. Client satisfacion is our number one goal at Genesis!
