As you follow Harlene’s posts, it is easy to see why I am honored to be a part of her skin care journey. She is a joy to be around, and I look forward to her uplifting personality. She is always positive and makes me feel privileged to educate and provide her with esthetic skin care and services.
January has been a challenging month for her. The Belotero HA filler is still transitioning into a beautiful softening and volumizing of her under-eye tissue, but has not been without some swelling, which can be expected when working on an area as thin as the lower lid. We had a “good” space to fill and, eventually, I think she will love it and forget about the last several weeks. I’m anxious for her to see the final results and be excited about the outcome she has been sooo patiently waiting for. Never once has she complained. She steadily voices her excitement for the transformation. Her upper lip looks great and she is getting used to the result now that the swelling and bruising has resolved. We have been tracking the changes with photos and there are some great things happening. So stay tuned, I’m looking forward to sharing her end result with Belotero.
Within the next few weeks we will start her Triniti+ series; that, too, will bring a few days of “social downtime” due to redness, some tissue swelling, and sandpaper grids that will slough off over several days. Hang in there Harlene – complexion blending, skin tightening, and wrinkle reduction will follow and the results will be worth it. My famous last words.
Today we are going to pamper her with a relaxing facial….I think she needs a little break! So, keep up the good work with all your skin care products. Harlene, look forward to the next several months of minimal downtime and huge results. You’re a trooper!!!
