Can you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be?
As I get myself ready for my mile marker 60th birthday this June, I have been doing some looking back and reflecting on how I have used the past 60 years. Would my younger self approve? For the next 6 months I thought I would share what my younger self might have to say to me in this newsletter. I hope it resonates with you, too.

Dear older me,
You are perfect just the way you are. Sure, set goals and dream big! I am! At the end of the day, remember you like yourself and you are loved no matter what you do this year or what you look like. To the people that really love you, none of that matters.
From your 10-year-old you!

As I tried to put myself into my 10-year-old mind I remember how loved I felt and how I still believed I could do and be anything. The world hadn’t taught me otherwise. As you set your goals for the New Year, remember to be kind to yourself. Enjoy the journey even when you’re not perfect, none of us are. Yes, the services we do can enhance what you already are – so enjoy them – but at the end of the day it is just the icing on a fabulous cake.

Happy New Year!
