Harlene’s Story: Making Good Skin Care Choices

September was a month that seemed like every time I turned around things were changing…a constant around the Chappell household. Change is around us, 24/7, how we respond to it has really been the Chappells’s focus. Change is not always bad. I believe acknowledging what is changing and then having a quality response will result in a positive outcome. So, ideally, change is a good thing! Sometimes easier said than done, right?!

Brandi and I attended our 3rd SkinMedica Advocate Summit, a privileged invitation to spend time with others who believe in the power of superior products and the pride we all share in what we have to offer our clients. That is something that won’t change. We at the LVC will continue to offer and educate our clients about the Gold standard options in skin care and skin/aesthetic services, and maintain the delivery of a fabulous experience with us.

Harlene has shared her many experiences with us these past few months, all decisions and choices she has made to improve the health of her skin: from applying daily skin care to protect and prevent the aging process, to skin treatments and injectables. Hopefully you have enjoyed her stories as much as I have. I look forward to the results from her fillers just done this week. Finally, the volume she has been wanting.

It’s Sunsational month again at Genesis! We are looking forward to and getting geared up for our 16th annual Sunsational Celebration Open House on May 18th. It’s hard to believe how many of these we have put on as a company. Every year we are so grateful to all who celebrate with us. This year also marks, for me, 16 years of being a client of Genesis. As some of you know, Dr. Prasad and Barb are my parents, so I was exposed to great skincare products and sun protection from a young age. As I have grown up, and when I began my career at Genesis eight years ago, I tried even more of the services and products we offer. I can’t say enough how much they have changed my life. Everything I have tried has been fabulous, from vein care and Biote Hormone Replacement to routine facials and Botox. At 31, I feel younger than I used to and feel more confident in my skin than ever before. I have grown up around a lot of my Genesis team, and we have added some newer faces as the years have passed. They are amazing! I feel privileged to work with such a solid and passionate group of people. I think this place is pretty magical and you can feel it when you come through our doors.
