Harlene’s Story: Pedicure, Spring Lip Color, and Triniti Plus Series

This month is coming to an end and unfortunately we are still waiting on the arrival of spring. But, at the LVC we have been doing some “spring cleaning”.

Harlene started off this month on the right foot, literally…she enjoyed a pampering pedicure. Not your typical pedicure, for Harlene; we gave her one where she could lay back and relax. We finished it off with a beautiful Butter of London color in Shag. She also picked out a brand new Lippy lip gloss. It was a pop of color in a rich deep pink shade, Snog. Lippy lip gloss is versatile, long lasting, and leaves your lips soft and voluptuous. She stepped out of her comfort zone and went with something a little different than she usually wears and she looked gorgeous.

Last week we finally started her Triniti Plus series. So more “before” pictures were taken. I still can’t believe the transformation her skin has taken thus far. SkinMedica, it changes the health of your skin!!

Her eyes have softened and filled in nicely after injectable filler, it just took her a little longer to get there!! I can say, it was worth the wait. Her eyes are looking more youthful, not to mention what the Latisse will soon bring to those lashes.

So, on Thursday, we began the process of laser and light rejuvenation. She tolerated it perfectly and had the typical heat, redness, and splotchy skin to follow for a few days. She got to take a 2 day holiday from her typical skin routine, and was ready to get back to it after a couple days…..it is an amazing protocol with results.

Next week, she will come in for a gentle microdermabrasion to help shed the existing dry skin, and then she will be on the road to skin rejuvenation that will continue for the next several months. One down, two to go.

It’s Sunsational month again at Genesis! We are looking forward to and getting geared up for our 16th annual Sunsational Celebration Open House on May 18th. It’s hard to believe how many of these we have put on as a company. Every year we are so grateful to all who celebrate with us. This year also marks, for me, 16 years of being a client of Genesis. As some of you know, Dr. Prasad and Barb are my parents, so I was exposed to great skincare products and sun protection from a young age. As I have grown up, and when I began my career at Genesis eight years ago, I tried even more of the services and products we offer. I can’t say enough how much they have changed my life. Everything I have tried has been fabulous, from vein care and Biote Hormone Replacement to routine facials and Botox. At 31, I feel younger than I used to and feel more confident in my skin than ever before. I have grown up around a lot of my Genesis team, and we have added some newer faces as the years have passed. They are amazing! I feel privileged to work with such a solid and passionate group of people. I think this place is pretty magical and you can feel it when you come through our doors.
