Every trip I make to the Laser and Vein Center is fun, exciting and rewarding; this past month was particularly so. I had my third Triniti Plus treatment and I could not be more pleased with the overall results of the series. I thought it was impossible for a person my age, with the sun damage I had created by never using sunscreen, to have skin that looks this good. In previous “blogs” I have posted other comments and thoughts regarding the Triniti Plus treatments such as the pain, discomfort, downtime, etc., and for me that did not change with any of the three treatments; however what did change and continues to change is the texture and firmness of my skin. Most of my sun spots have disappeared with the exception of a couple that were very dark but now are much lighter and, when using Colorescience makeup, are no longer visible. Also many of the fine lines around my eyes and lips have faded away. What I am most pleased with is the firmness of my skin; my cheeks no longer have that soft mushy feeling, the redness is gone and I like what I see when I look in the mirror. I plan on continuing to work on my few remaining sun spots and in the future will let you know how it is going.
I am currently trying the Blinc Eye Lash Primer along with the Blinc Mascara and I am very pleased with both. The primer seems to strengthen and condition my lashes before adding the Mascara; plus the Mascara forms tiny tubes around each lash that do not smudge or rub off, lasting all day without reapplying. By evening I do not have “Raccoon” eyes like I get with many other brands of Mascara.
I ended my month with a microdermabrasion, which I always enjoy. It is like a tiny vacuum removing dead skin cells and leaving my skin feeling soft with a healthy glow.
I am looking forward to the SkinMedica Peel Party that is coming up at the Laser and Vein Center, and product specials they will be offering during the party. Try to attend and take advantage of Dr. Prasad’s “specials”; that is how I got started with LVC; it was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
